In this project, I will be choosing the Raymond Walters College (RWC) model. My choice stems from the fact that the RWC model pertains more to a project or activity in a class rather than the whole class. My Learner Outcome project focuses on developing outcomes, activities, and rubric for the General Motors Marketing Internship project in the Small Business Marketing course. In the RWC model, outcomes are defined for a major activity, the outcomes are assessable, and the outcomes are what students do, know or think. I have used RWC model as a guide in developing the outcomes for this project.
