Timing method: voice/WWV visually
The story: Snafu's with wiring made for a late decision to go visual. I don't have an accurate time for the beginning of observation, but it was roughly 8:02:30. It was almost certainly before 8:03:00. The predicted event time was 8:03:06. I watched until 8:07:00UT. There were no events longer than 0.3 seconds.
Result: A successfully observed miss.
