League and Divisions Format

Team managers/coaches must submit the following paperwork to have their team participate in the league:

 

• Player registration/release forms for all players
• All player registration fees
• Team registration roster form

 

Team managers, please:

• Have players complete their player registration form / release forms and return them to you
• Make sure that all checks are made to Cabrillo Soccer Programs
• Fill out  the team registration roster form
• Make sure to read the league rules
• Send your registration package to the following address:
