San Lorenzo Valley High School outfielder of the year. Alicia was heavily recruited by Cabrillo College which did not surprise Alicia's high school coach, Mark Crivelli, who had nothing but praise for her. Coach Crivelli was astounded with her improvement each season. Cabrillo's Head Coach, Shawn Stanchfield also had plenty of praise for Alicia: "I couldn't be happier having a talent like Alicia with Cabrillo. I feel like calling her The Splendid Splinter, baseball history buffs will know what I'm talking about. Alicia is built to play this game. In addition to being an all league outfielder in high school Alicia has taken on the task of learning the catching position for the team. I recommend keeping your eyes on her performance, its going to be special".
