See example below. Your e-mail program may not look exactly like this one, but there should be an option to attach documents or files.

Another window will open, which gives you the option to browse to the file you wish to attach. Click on the "browse" link.

Click on the downward-pointing arrow on the "Look in" line to open the drop-down list of your computer's disk drives and folders. You should click on "C" to access the hard drive. See example below.

Find the "Program Files" folder. Select it with your mouse, and click "Open".
