Students begin the Digital Bridge Academy with a two-week, intensive Foundation Course. The FELI is a compressed, modified version of the Foundation Course exclusively for faculty & staff. Communication Workshop
This workshop is designed for small natural work groups in a college (vs. a collection of individuals from different groups or organizations).
The workshop objectives are:
- Develop greater leadership skills
- Enhance personal relationships & trust
- Build communication skills for effective collaboration
This workshop provides a great opportunity for work groups to learn new skills & build stronger relationships through a blend of short lectures, experiential learning, real-time application & fun exercises.

Strengths & Styles Workshop
This workshop is designed for small natural work groups in a college (vs. a collection of individuals from different groups or organizations).
