This is the recommended sequence of courses for full-time students who desire to complete the Certificate of Achievement program requirements in three or four semesters. PLEASE NOTE: Course scheduling is based on funding allocations from the State Chancellor's Office that fluctuates with the economic climate. We will make every attempt to provide courses in a logical sequence. However, all students are strongly encouraged to meet with a College Counselor to map out an educational plan, and register in a timely manner when courses open up. Your success depends on planning ahead.
The Digital Publishing Program and Web Media Program each include required core
courses, required program-specific courses, and recommended and approved electives. Listings of program requirements for Certificates of Achievement and Associate in Science degrees are on the certificates & degrees page. Additional information
about electives for a desired profession is available on the careers page.
Note that DM 1 is the recommended starting point for all students planning
a career in Digital Media.
