Students of all levels are invited to join French professor H. Jay Siskin in Montpellier, in the south of France. Located on the Mediterranean, Montpellier is known as France’s “youngest” city, with a large student population, a lively cultural life, and a mild climate. Fast train connections allow weekend visits to Paris and Barcelona or to the Roman monuments in Nîmes, Arles, and Orange.
The program includes the following:
- Round- trip airfare
- Two days in Paris
- Walking tours of the city
- Four hours of daily instruction in small groups
- Excursions to the Riviera, Provence, Nice and Monte Carlo!
- Accommodations and meals (depending on the type of plan chosen)
- Five units of an French language course (price of units paid separately to Cabrillo College)
To reserve a space, contact Professor Siskin in advance at (831) 479-5067 or e-mail jasiskin@cabrillo.edu. All participants must register in Cabrillo College French classes in Wintersession 2009.
