We have three ways to register:
1. Pre-register by downloading both the Registration form and the Emergency form, filling them out and sending in with tuition payment to the address on the registration form. This is the quickest and easiest! You can do this even if you don't know which section your singer will be in -- just leave that box blank.
2. OR download the two forms, fill them out and bring with payment to the audition (or if you are a returning singer, to your first rehearsal).
3. OR just show up at auditions and do it all then. This may mean more waiting in line, and sometimes people don’t have everything they need to fill out the forms and make the payment. Registration is run by our fantastic parent volunteers, and we like to make it as easy on them as possible!
Please fill out BOTH forms every semester. We need current information so that staff can easily and quickly help your child or reach you in an emergency!
Privacy: The information you give us will be used only for Chorus communication. We print a roster which includes name, address and phone for all CYC families, which we mail to the families for purposes of carpooling, phone tree, communication between volunteers, etc. (If you don't wish to be on the roster, please note this on your registration form.)
EMAIL: Email newsletters are sent occasionally. We will not share your email address with anyone outside the chorus.
TUITION is $200 with a $10 discount for payment received prior to the first day of registration.

CHORUS COSTUMES are required. Polo shirts are $20. Formal costumes for Girls (dress, jewelry) cost $70. Special fittings take place during the semester. Formal costumes for Boys (black pants, tuxedo shirts, black shoes) are purchased by the parents; no special fittings required.
REFUND policy: If a singer drops out within one month after the session rehearsals begin, 75% of tuition will be refunded. Beyond that time, refunds will be considered on an individual basis.
