MANDATORY HEALTH SCREENING INFORMATION SESSIONS

Each incoming Nursing student must complete a mandatory Health Screening Information appointment with Nursing Program Student Success Coordinators to review the mandatory Health Screening Requirements before the New Student Orientation on 10/29/09 .

To schedule an indivuidual appointment please email Mary Ann Peterson or Barbara Doss to schedule an appointment BEFORE you come to orientation.

Please bring to the Health Screening Information session:

• Any and all records of previous immunizations
• Professional documents folder (see Pre-Orientation Check List)
• Your personal day planner or calendar

NO STUDENT WILL BE ADMITTED TO NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION UNLESS THEY HAVE MET WITH  A NURSING PROGRAM STUDENT SUCCESS COORDINATOR TO REVIEW HEALTH REQUIREMENTS BEFORE THE NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION.
