Foot Exercise

This class was designed for students who have difficulty because of diabetes or arthritis with their feet. The purpose is strengthen and increase flexibility of the feet through the use of exercises performed both actively and passively by the student. Students are taught techniques that they can easily do at home to relieve pain and stiffness an to increase circulation.

In order to full participate in the class, students need at least partial active range-of-motion of both feet and be able to sit with their legs crossed.
