Cabrillo College Bicycle Cooperative

Fall Semester '09 we are open 2pm to 6pm, Monday to Thursday. We need more volunteers to further extend our open hours.

NEWS: Contact the Student Senate, Student Affairs Office and/or the College President to advocate alternatives to increasing the bus pass fee.

Cabrillo College was awarded a grant from the MBUAPCD for zero interest bike loans and improved bike parking on campus. Members of the Bike Cooperative are working to design functional art bike racks and to become an approved vendor for the bike load program. Ask us for more info. Or visit this website

Donation

We gladly accept donations of bike frames, wheels, tires, parts, components, volunteer hours, money, and random stuff (with some discretion). Because we are part and parcel of Cabrillo College District, donations are tax-deductable. In our few months of operation, we've already been blown away at the generosity in this county. It's all for love, health, and fun. Contact us if you'd like to offer donations: bikecoop@cabrillo.edu. It's also possible that some members may be able to reciprocate in some way.
