Fall Semester '09 we are open 2pm to 6pm, Monday to Thursday. We need more volunteers to further extend our open hours.

Cabrillo College was awarded a grant from the MBUAPCD for zero interest bike loans and improved bike parking on campus. Members of the Bike Cooperative are working to design functional art bike racks and to become an approved vendor for the bike load program. Ask us for more info. Or visit this website

Meetings

Location

Our meetings are held right outside the cooperative (above the bookstore on the Aptos Campus of Cabrillo College, 6500 Soquel Dr).

Time/date

During Fall Semester '09, our meetings are at 6pm on Mondays, unless otherwise noted on the calendar.

Process

All decisions of the Bike Cooperative are made by consensus. Roles rotate meeting to meeting for facilitator, note-taker, agenda-compiler and food-procurement officer.

Openness

Members of the cooperative and the general public are welcome to attend the meetings and present or ask that we discuss a topic. We only request that you arrive on time and if possible contact us in advance: bikecoop@cabrillo.edu. We appreciate feedback, as self-reflection is important for improving services.
