CABRILLO COLLEGE GOVERNING BOARD

November 15, 2006

SPECIAL MEETING The special meeting of the Cabrillo College Governing Board was held at the Sesnon House, Cabrillo Community College District, 6500 Soquel Drive, Aptos, California on Wednesday, November 15, 2006. Chair Alan Smith opened the meeting in Open Session at 4:15 pm. Roll was taken; present were Chair Al Smith and Trustees John Leopold, Gary Reece, Rachael Spencer, Katy Stonebloom, and Claudine Wildman. Trustee Rebecca Garcia joined the meeting by teleconference from a remote location at the Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa, 3050 Bristol Street, Costa Mesa, CA, which was appropriately agendized on site. Chair Smith asked for Public Comments on Closed Session items. There were no public comments. The Closed Session item, The Superintendent/President’s Performance Evaluation, was announced and the meeting was adjourned to Closed Session at 4:16 pm.

CALL TO ORDER

REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION The Closed Session ended at 5:30 pm. Chair Smith stated that there was nothing to report out of Closed Session and the meeting was adjourned at 5:31 pm.
