2.	Resolution 029-04: Issuance of 2004 General Obligation Refunding Bonds	3	5:31
	It is recommended that the Governing Board approve Resolution 029-04 and instruct staff to work with the bond underwriter to proceed with the refinancing of the portion of the Measure C bonds as described in the Resolution.
3.	Resolution 031-04: Certification of Election	35
	It is recommended that the Governing Board approve Resolution 031-04 and instruct staff to deliver a copy of this Resolution with the statement of results to the Santa Cruz County Superintendent of Schools and the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of Santa Cruz County.
4.	Resolution 030-04: Issuance of 2004 General Obligation Bond, Series A	45
	It is recommended that the Governing Board approve Resolution 030-04 to authorize the issuance of up to $60,000,000 in bonds.
