It is recommended that the Governing Board adopt Resolutions 053-05 and 054-05 which authorize the Vice President, Business Services to execute a contract with Envoy Plan Services, Inc. for the administration of the Elite Choice 403(b) Tax Sheltered Annuity Plan and to adopt the Elite Choice Retirement Solution Investment Program for the 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan and as an option for the 403(b) Tax Sheltered Annuity Plan. Adopting the program would authorize the Vice President, Business Services to enter into a contract with RSG Securities and TruSource for the implementation and management of the program.
