Administrative Services CouncilVictoria Lewis, Vice President of Administrative Services

The Administrative Services Council shares information and fosters dialog around campus-wide services issues, programs and services for facilities, technology, human resources, risk management, purchasing, business and auxiliary services, identifying best practices that support student success and the campus community. The committee oversees the development of program plans, supports Accreditation Standard III and institutional planning for the component. The council receives and discussions information, advises and makes recommendations to the Vice President of Administrative Services.  The council reviews and recommends changes to Board Policies and Administrative Procedures, as appropriate.
  • Meetings:
    Meetings are scheduled quarterly. Additional meetings of the council are called as needed.
  • Agenda:
    The Vice President of Administrative Services has the responsibility for constructing the agenda. Proposed items are submitted to the chair no later than one day prior to a scheduled meeting.
  • Minutes:
    The chair will distribute minutes from the meeting.
