This is a 4 level, 163,240 square foot, concrete structure containing 510 spaces.
It is considered a Type II-FR building sprinklered and classified as an S-4 open parking structure. Completed and open for business offering 510 additional parking spaces on upper campus.

Taisei Construction, Inc was the General Contractor for this project.
