Dilbeck & Sons, Inc. of Salinas has been awarded the job to build our new Green Technology Center with a goal of LEED Platinum certification. Dilbeck & Sons, Inc., are a licensed Union General Contractor.

On the space vacated by the old Watsonville Libary, adjacent to our current campus in Watsonville, we are constructing two buildings which will be 14,000 sq ft total, with three- 3,000 sq ft shop spaces, two smart classrooms and flexible spaces that can be reconfigured.

This project will be the future home of Construction Trade Skills & Energy Management, specializing in green building technology.
