Requirements:  Proper licensing and DIR Registration.

Formal Bid  (Pre-Qualification not required.)

This project includes repairing overhead fire sprinkler system serving

existing parking structures A and B.  The existing 1-1/4" thin wall

branch lines are leaking and will be replaced throughout the system

with 2" Schedule 10 galvanized steel branch lines.  Scope also includes

replacement of additional branch lines and bracing as well as new

sprinkler heads.

B16-02 Recap

We received two bids.  This project has been pulled,

it will not go forward at this time.

 The scope of this project includes revovation of the existing HVAC systems in   classroom buildings 1400 and 1500 and replacement of lighting in building 1500 only.  It also includes possible replacement of T-bar ceiling grid (add alternate) and tiles, electrical modifications to serve new HVAC equipment and minor structural attachment of new HVAC equipment.

Lighting Project

Requirements:  Proper licensing and DIR Registration.

(Pre-Qualification not required.)

This is a DVBE Project.

This is a Prop 39 energy reduction lighting project.  Work includes, but is not limited to demolition and electrical duties in accordance with specifications.  The Contrator shall install District furnished bollard, hat top, cobra, wall pack, gym, pool and flood lighting fixtures as per the project drawings and specifications.
