Cabrillo Youth Chorus Holds Auditions

Tuesday, August 29 and Wednesday, August 30, 2006 from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
at the Erica Schilling Forum, Room 450

APTOS, CA—The Cabrillo Youth Chorus, under the direction of Cheryl Anderson, is holding placement auditions for interested young singers from 3:00 to 6:00 PM on Tuesday, August 29 th and Wednesday August 30 th at the Erica Schilling Forum, Room 450, at Cabrillo College. Interested young singers should bring a piece of music they have prepared or be familiar with “My Country, ‘Tis of Thee”.

The Cabrillo Youth Chorus offers children aged 8 to 18 a superlative musical experience in a supportive atmosphere of fun and excitement. The program provides four levels of instruction from beginning to advanced. Classes are held on Tuesdays or Wednesdays from 4:00 to 5:30 pm at Cabrillo College.

The cost for the semester is $175 per child and tuition assistance is available.
