Cabrillo College Art Department Staff and Faculty Show Off Their Wares
Large Exhibit Shows Concurrently at the Cabrillo Gallery and Michaelangelo Gallery

Aptos, CA--The Cabrillo Gallery, in association with the Michaelangelo Gallery, presents Oscillation, an exhibit of the Cabrillo College Art Department faculty and staff.  The large exhibit, which represents a multitude of mediums, will be exhibited in two locations, the Cabrillo Gallery on Cabrillo College's Aptos campus and the Michaelangelo Gallery in Santa Cruz.

The Cabrillo College Art Department has long been noted for its outstanding faculty and staff.  The department also has a history of dedication to the development of the core arts and year after year successfully transfers students to the best four-year colleges and universities throughout the country.

More than forty artists are included in this survey exhibition representing all major mediums: oil on canvas, watercolor, ceramic and mixed media sculpture, works on paper, small metal sculpture, as well as black & white, color and digital photography. A few of the notable artists teaching and working at Cabrillo who will be exhibited include:  Ron Milhoan, Jamie Abbott, Jane Gregorius, Rose Sellery, Victoria May, Tobin Keller, Janet Fine, Angela Gleason and many other prominent artists that live in Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties.

The opening reception for the exhibit at the Michaelangelo Gallery is Friday, February 1, 6:00 PM -8:30 PM and the opening reception for the Cabrillo Gallery exhibition is Thursday, February 14th, 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM.
