Hello, I’m Manuel Osorio, Vice President of Student Services. I want to introduce you to programs and services that will help you be successful at Cabrillo College. Details about these programs can be found in the orientation website.

My office is located on the upper level of the 900 building, along with the Dean of Student Services, who oversees student activities and student government, and who is the administrator for the counseling division.

Also on this level is the Student Health Center, which provides many services free of charge to students. In addition, the EOPS/CARE program is located here. This is a state-funded program designed to provide financial, counseling and academic support services for full-time Cabrillo students identified as educationally and economically disadvantaged.

On the lower level next to the bookstore is the Financial Aid and Scholarships Office where you can pick up an application year round.

Admissions and Records is in the 100 building. This office is responsible for your application, registration and adding and dropping classes. This is where you pick up your transcripts. You can also use web registration, called Cyber-Reg or Hawk Talk the phone registration system.

The 100 building is where the college bank is located,  as well as services for international students, veterans, and academic counseling.

Career and transfer counseling services are available in the 800 building. Also located in the 800 building are the student employment and job placement offices, disabled student programs and services, and Puente.

The Watsonville Center provides limited services include counseling, financial aid, health services and student activities.

Welcome, and please contact my office if I can be of any assistance. I wish you the very best in achieving your educational goals at Cabrillo College.
