Adding and Dropping
STEP 1: Adding Classes
If a class you want is closed, you can elect to be placed on a waiting
list. Only 1 waiting list per class. You can also go to the first meeting
of the class and ask the instructor if it is possible to get an ADD/DROP
slip. Instructors must add students from the waiting list first.
Bring your signed ADD/DROP slip to registration and arrange
to pay any added fees. You have two weeks from the first day of school
to add a class.
STEP 2: Dropping A Class
You can drop classes the first two weeks. You do not need the instructor's
signature to drop a class at this time. However, later in the semester
you will need the instructor's signature. Check the Calendar in the Schedule
of Classes for all of these deadlines. You may drop classes though Hawk
Talk and Cyber Reg.
