There is an amazing amount of paper work to be done to register your child in the Center. We apologize for all the work, but each form is truly necessary to make possible your child's experience in the Center. All forms must be completed before your child can start school. Any changes of address, phone number, etc. must be given to our office immediately. If you are a student, we need to have your schedule of classes on file each semester.
