starDealing with Difficult Customers

This afternoon course is the perfect compliment to the morning session. In the afternoon, you will learn and practice verbal and nonverbal skills to handle difficult customer situations such as anger, blame and sarcasm. Participants will work with pre-designed scenarios, and will build scenarios of their own. They will learn to manage their own stress responses, listen with empathy, and problem solve.

starGenerational Diversity in the Workplace

This is the first time in America’s history that we have four generations working side by side in the workplace. This course is designed to equip participants with knowledge and skills to work with and lead cross-generational teams.

Through a series of individual and group activities, we will learn about the four generations, what formed them, their strengths and weaknesses, and techniques to train, communicate and motivate members from each generation.
