Pre-Intersession 1982 records 1.15The student records that counselors can access through Datatel include all courses taken starting with Intersession 1982. Courses that were taken Fall 1981 or earlier are stored with Admissions & Records. A & R recently converted the hard copies to 16 mm film or microfiche.
The Counseling Division Office, and all other places that schedule counseling appointments, are making every effort to find out from the student if they have pre-1982 records. If the student has old records, the Counseling Division Assistant will be notified and the records will be retrieved from A & R.
If a Counselor needs pre-82 records for a student, let the Division Assistant know and she will work with A & R to get the records.
