Receiving non-Cabrillo transcripts from students 1.17.3When Counselors receive sealed official transcripts directly from students, we should initial them as official and put the date on them. If you enter all possible equivalencies for math, English, and chemistry (to clear the chemistry 2 or chemistry 30A prerequisite for Bio 5 and 6), file the transcript in the student's file or submit them to the division office and request that a file be started.New transcripts that come to Cabrillo via mail will be directed to the evaluator who will enter EQ’s for English composition, math, and chemistry. The evaluator will then sent the transcript to counseling for filing.
