Requesting Cabrillo Transcripts 1.17.4

Counselors can generate unofficial transcripts for students using either the "unofficial" format (UN) or the "official" format (UG). For official transcripts, students need to submit a "Transcript Request Form" to A & R.

If a student is transferring, s/he should fill out section 2 of the Transcript Request Form during his/her last term. This form is the mechanism that will allow a student to have his/her GE certified.
