I am writing to introduce myself as a Cabrillo College Counselor. I have been designated as a contact person for your school from Cabrillo’s Counseling Division. I am eager to work with you in meeting the needs of your students. I am particularly interested in meeting with your students as a part of our day and evening hours at Cabrillo’s Aptos and Watsonville campuses.
 

In addition to being available on our campus for counseling, I can also visit your campus as a part of organized activities that you may put on in assisting your students in the transition to college. This may include College Nights, Career Days, student workshops etc. I would be pleased to provide one or two additional visit per year to your campus as needed.
 

I am also available to help support the high school staff as they prepare students for a transition to Cabrillo. I can serve as a contact to many support services such as Puente, MESA, EOPS, and Tutorials, as well as help connect your students to our occupational and transfer programs.
 

Attached you will find Cabrillo’s updated application and the current High School Release Form. Feel free to copy and use them as needed. If there are other materials that you are interested in I can be contacted.
