Printing at the CTC
Paying for Printing in the CTC, Library, Watsonville Center, and rooms 507, 516, and 1302.
- You will need your student ID number to activate network account and to deposit money in print account
- Cost is $ .10 a page for black and white, $.50 a page for color in the CTC and Watsonville.
- Money can be deposited into a pay station located in the Library, the CTC or in the hall outside of the Watsonville computer lab.
- The machines do not give change.
- There are no refunds, any monies in your print account will roll over to the next semester.
At your work station, you will be prompted to login in with your user name and password every time you print.
A dialog box will come up showing how many pages you will print and what the cost of the print job is. Once you click on “Accept” you are responsible for the cost of the print job.
DO NOT CLICK ON “ACCEPT” UNTIL THE DIALOG BOX IS FINISHED CALCULATING THE COST!
