Notice:
Beginning Spring 2011, Cabrillo will no longer be providing student network folders. We are recommending that students purchase an external data storage divice such as a USB stick (flash) drive.
If a student does not have a flash drive, another option would be to email the file(s) to themselves or use an online cloud strorage service such as Google's (docs.google.com) or Hotmail's (skydrive.live.com).
Storing Your Files
Can I store my files on the computers in the WCTC and in student classroom labs?
No, your work will be deleted from your computer when you log off or restart. You must store your work on removable media. Please note that not all lab computers have the same storage devices. We highly recommend USB thumb drives. USB thumb drives can be used on all computers in the WCTC, ILC and on student classroom lab computers.
