Computer Classroom Request Form

Please fill-in the following information at least 5 days before your scheduled lab session.

General information we need to plan your visit

Time of Use:



All students must have a computer account in order to log on to the computers. Please send them to the computer lab, room A310, to get their username and password PRIOR to your class session in the lab.


If you are using software that is not on our system, we need at least 72 hours in advance for installation. If you want students to use the program, you must have a license that allows us to install the software on 36 computers. Please provide this license agreement at the time you bring us the software.


The printing cost per page is 10 cents. Students must deposit money into their account before sending items to print.  This may be done in the lab, room A310.

Teaching/Demonstrating software.

We highly suggest you come by and spend some time with us and test the software that you are going to use. Although we are installing the program for your class, we do not necessarily know how to use it.

Additional information on lab/facility use

  • The instructor must be present during the entire session.
  • Students should not save their work to the C drive (local Drive). Documents on this drive are routinely deleted. All work should be saved to their data disk.
  • No drink or food in the computer labs including A350, A330, A320, and A310.

Saturday lab reservations

Currently there is no computer tech support on Saturdays.
We suggest that you visit us prior to your scheduled use for instructions or assistance.
