Getting Started

The ASC provides a wide array of support services for students with disabilities.
To determine eligibility for services, go to the following steps:

Step 1: Apply for Services

Students interested in receiving accommodations and services can call the ASC at (831) 479-6379 or 831-479-6370 or email asc@cabrillo to schedule an online appointment with one of the ASC counselors.

Step 2: Submit Documentation

To qualify for ASC services, provide documentation of your disability from a licensed professional or from previously attended schools, including K-12 IEPs or 504 Plans.

To submit documentation prior to your appointment, fax the forms to the ASC virtual fax line at 831.477.3738. Please call the ASC to confirm receipt of faxed documentation.

When our office reopens, you may also mail or deliver your forms to:

Cabrillo College Accessibility Support Center
6500 Soquel Drive, Aptos, CA 95003

In person: Bldg 1000 / 2nd Floor of Library / HUB / Room 1073

Step 3: If you do not have a verified disability

If you don’t possess documentation or if you have never been diagnosed with a disability, but are struggling with academic success, contact the ASC for a consultation with a counselor or Learning Disabilities Specialist to determine if you are eligible for services or assessment.

Contact the ASC at 831-479-6379 or 831-479-6370
