and pass SAP Quiz. |

Your
results will be mailed to the address we have on file. |

If
you PASS the quiz, submit Appeal to Financial Aid Office.
Note: If you FAIL the quiz you will get one
FINAL chance to pass. |
ONLY students who have been placed
on Suspension for financial aid are required to take the SAP Quiz.
What to do

The quiz page will open.
Answer the 10 Quiz questions. You must get 8 correct to pass.
Click on "Submit Quiz"
Upon submission
you will receive a confirmation page.
