Fast Track To Work is a hub of information and services for three programs designed to support students enrolled in Career Technical Education (CTE) programs who meet the eligibility requirements of various federal, state, county and philanthropic funded programs. Fast Track provides intensive support services to increase student retention, academic success, and improved student prospects in the labor market and to promote enthusiasm for lifelong learning.
CalWORKs is the county assistance program for low income families with dependent children. WIA benefits are available to full-time in-county students and students who are receiving unemployment benefits seeking career training. CTE/Teacher Preparation Pipeline identifies future teachers and gives them an opportunity to start their career pathway to teaching by starting at the Community College level.
