HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

Making the Most out of High School

You can maximize your time in high school by:

Taking classes at Cabrillo while still in high school:

This is called Concurrent Enrollment, and you need to apply for admission to Cabrillo for each term, while attending high school. (Check with your counselor at the high school.)

Taking science classes at your high school or at Cabrillo College:

You can take a science course that will satisfy the D Requirement for UC admission. (Click here for the list of Cabrillo Courses that meet this requirement).

Taking Articulated Classes: 

These are classes that instructors at your school and Cabrillo instructors have linked. This way, you may fulfill requirements for college classes or even earn college credit.  You take the course at your high school and upon completion, petition to Cabrillo for credit.
