CONGRATULATIONS TO MO AND HIS STUDENTS
Mo Hassan's BUS 184, Marketing for the Small Business, received a First Place Scholastic Achievement Award from the General Motors Marketing Internship program for the event they planned and carried out with Ocean Chevrolet last spring. This is the third year in which Mo has engaged his class in this type of workbased learning project. In recognition of his successes Honda selected the college as one of only 30 colleges (3 community colleges) in the country to participate in a national marketing program and competition. This will provide Mo's students with more opportunities to immediately practice what they learn in the classroom.
