Due to catastrophic budget cuts at Cabrillo and several rounds of cuts that have impacted the Student Employment Center directly, we will not be hosting an employment or volunteer fair in the forseeable future.
We encourage you to post your jobs or volunteer opportunities on line by following the directions on the web sites specific to those areas.

Student Employment
The Cabrillo Student Job Fair is open to Cabrillo College Students and Graduates. Students are encouraged to take advantage of the Cabrillo Student and Graduate Job Fair held in the Student Center Building every spring semester. A wide variety of employers participate in the job fair, and offer students full and part-time as well as seasonal employment opportunities. Employers at the job fair are also available to critique resumes.

Employers who are interested in participating in the Cabrillo Student and Graduate Job Fair should contact Lyn Hood, Student Employment Coordinator at 479-6540.
What you need to know
Due to limited space, tables at the Cabrillo Student and Graduate Job Fair are by invitation only. Priority is given to larger employers who employ a variety of skills and majors and who make a number of hires annually. A mix of employers is important to our students, so smaller and seasonal employers are also welcome to participate as space is available.
About the Job Fair
When and Where the Job Fair is held
Due to the unprecedented ecomonic downturn, and the number of employers who have indicated that they will not be attending job fairs this year due to the lack of employment opportunites, Cabrillo will not be hosting a Job Fair in 2012.
Employers are encouraged to post their employment opportunities on our web site and we hope to once again host a job fair when the economic climate improves.

The Cabrillo Job Fair is a mix of employers and types of employment opportunities. Students are encouraged to bring resumes and be prepared to interview and fill out applications.
