Cabrillo College Library Card Application

Apply for a Libary Card

Applicants must be a currently enrolled Cabrillo College student, faculty or staff member (local community members must apply in person at the Library).
Do not use this form if you need a library card immediately - apply in person at either the library or the Watsonville ILC.
Your Library Card application will be processed the following business day, and your new card will be mailed via U.S. mail to the address you have on file with the college.
If the college does not have your current address, or if you do not have an email address, you will need to apply in person at the Library any time during our open hours.
