Curriculum Committee
- Purpose:
The Curriculum Committee reviews and makes recommendations for all new courses, modifications to existing courses, and course deletions/inactivations. Also reviewed are degree and certificate courses requirements for new and existing programs.
- Meetings:
The Curriculum Committee meets three to five times each semester at the call of the chair. A quorum requires the presence of a representative for each instructional division.
- Agenda:
The agenda is constructed jointly by the Vice President, Instruction, the Instructional Procedures Analyst, and the Chairperson. Agenda items are provided by the appropriate division, and reviewed by administrators before review by the committee.
- Minutes:
The chairperson ensures that minutes of each meeting are recorded, distributed, and filed by the Instructional Procedures Analyst. .
