This Governance Manual provides information on each officially recognized Cabrillo College committee, including each committee's purpose, membership, frequency of meetings, and responsibilities of leadership. The breadth and scope of committees included in the manual reflects the college's commitment to shared governance, and our interest in bringing together the collective wisdom of all members of the college community as we plan and implement programs and services.
Any additions or changes in official college committees included in this manual must be reviewed by the Administrative Council and approved by the President. Prior to approval by the President, and depending on the nature and focus of the committee, review and input or approval may be required by one of the following: the appropriate vice president, the Faculty Senate, CCFT and CCEU.
