  • Purpose:
    To assist in the development, review, and implementation of the college matriculation program plan and activities and to provide support to the Matriculation Coordinator. The components of matriculation are: Admission, Orientation, Assessment, Counseling and Educational Planning, Follow-up, Staff Development, Research, and Pre and Corequisites.
  • Meetings:
    A meeting calendar is developed on an annual basis, with meetings being scheduled as needed.
  • Agenda:
    The agenda for each meeting is developed by the Matriculation Coordinator/Dean of Instructional Development. Agenda items are encouraged in advance of each meeting by committee members. If time allows, additional items will be added at the meeting.
  • Minutes:
    The Office of Matriculation will provide support for committee minutes. They will be posted on the college's public drive.
