Expand Adjunct participation in SLOs development and assessment

Progress Report: Most efforts to expand adjunct participation have occurred through Program Chair training (see related Objective B1 strategy:  AUO/SLO Training for Managers, Program Chairs/Deans.)  In addition, the SLO website contains new workbooks which outline the college’s SLO assessment process, a useful resource for adjuncts.   The Assessment Review Committee is currently undertaking a survey to assess adjunct participation in SLO assessment. For the first time, the SLO Coordinator will be participating in the adjunct orientation that occurs in Fall Flex, training them in the college’s SLO process.

Indicators:  

The Outcomes Assessment Review Committee will continue to monitor the level of adjunct faculty participation.
