SBDC seminars and classes are designed to meet the needs of small business owners and individuals interested in starting a business. Seminars and classes are offered throughout the year in various locations in Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties. The seminars are often presented in cooperation with local Chambers of Commerce, educational institutions, community economic development corporations, banking institutions and local governments.

Change is impactful at work, and even more than before - change is a constant in today's workplace. New technologies, economic adjustments, global positioning, and coworkers from an unprecedented four generations create the need for managers to help employees cope with the fear of the unknown. This workshop will help employers recognize the behaviors that change brings about in employees and how to keep employees engaged in times of change.
Presenter: Kelsey Escoto, SPHR, MSOD, TPO Human Resources. Kelsey Escoto has over 10 years experience in HR. Kelsey partners and collaborates with her clients to define issues and employ creative solutions. Kelsey has also worked closely with job searching skills, interviewing techniques, and resume writing tips that benefit everyone.
