SESNON HOUSE

The Sesnon House may be rented for wedding ceremonies, receptions or both

Rental includes the following: use of all rooms and the back terrace and lawn, room setup, use of Sesnon furniture inside or on the covered terrace and a facility attendant for the entire event.

The rental fee is for an 8 hour time period for the ceremony, reception, set-up and breakdown. These hours may be scheduled any time between 11 am and 11 pm.

A security deposit is required to reserve a date. The deposit is refunded 2-4 weeks after the event if there are no damages or additional cleaning costs for the house.

The security deposit and use fees are refundable up to 150 days prior to the event, less a $100 administrative fee retained by Sesnon House. Cancellations made between 120 and 150 days before the event will result in the rental fee being refunded and the Sesnon House retaining the security deposit. Cancellations made less than 120 days prior to the event will result in no refund being given.

Catering service is provided by the Culinary Arts Catering program during most of the year. Please refer to Sesnon House Catering for more information about our offerings. At other times a licensed caterer from our catering list must be used.
