The foyer opens onto the Simpkins Terrace overlooking an expansive lawn, and garden. A 100-year-old Japanese pavilion is a reminder of the Sesnon family's interest in Asian art.

Business meetings, management retreats, recognition dinners and holiday parties are presented in the restored and redecorated Sesnon meeting rooms.
