Meeting Rentals: guest capacity varies by room and type of event
Rental includes the following: use of the facility, room setup, use of Sesnon furniture inside or on the covered terrace, and a facility attendant for the entire event.
A security deposit is required to reserve a date. The deposit is refunded 2-4 weeks after the event if there are no damages or additional cleaning costs for the house.
Cancellations made 30 to 60 days prior to the event will result in the rental fee being refunded and the Sesnon House retaining the security deposit. Refunds will not be given for cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the event. Full payment is due 2 months before the event. (Payment is due earlier for large events or weddings)
Liability insurance is required for all groups, naming Cabrillo College as additionally insured. The policy must extend for eight (8) hours before and after an event.
Catering service is provided by the Culinary Arts Catering program during most of the year. Please refer to Sesnon House Catering for more information about their menus. At other times a licensed caterer from our preferred catering list must be used.
