ACADEMIC EVENTS are given priority in booking space in all Performing Arts Facilites on campus. Academic programs should request use of Performing Arts facilities by the first week of April for the following Fall and Spring semesters.
COMMUNITY EVENTS After the first week of April all facility use requests are made on a first come first serve basis, off-campus users must provide all information, complete a use request, and return the contract issued for an approved use request with a deposit equal to 50% of the estimated total charges or the total estimated labor charges, (whichever is the greater sum), for a booking to be complete.
Cabrillo College is currently constructing a new Main Stage Theater (@590 seats), Recital Hall (@ 360 seats), and black box theater (@200 seats). These facilities will open in Fall 2008 and thus provide many more available dates to local and regional producers.
