| UC Irvine Transfer Admission Guarantee Although all the UCs use the same TAG form, you must fill out a separate sheet for each UC. Transfer Admission Guarantee PDF Form ** Please fill the above form using Adobe Reader, and print it out before meeting with a counselor. IMPORTANT: In addition to submitting the above PDF form, you will also need to fill out UC Irvine's online application for their transfer admission guarantee. After this is completed, you will need to make an appointment with a UC Irvine Counselor to review your file and guarantee admission on the spot. Talk to your counselor at Cabrillo, or contact the UC Irvine Nothern California Admissions Counselor (after you've completed the online application):
